Tasting Notes from the Galley

Dalmatian produce is an inspiration to anyone who loves to cook. Lavender is a speciality crop and its well known fragrance can be used in sweet and savoury dishes, releasing herbal notes that can light up a dish.

At Sunburst we aim to use this fresh, seasonal produce as much as possible and add a twist by creating dishes with an Asian element, or by adding a classic sauce.

Our dishes will perfectly complement your day out on Nera; light crisp salads to enjoy in the sun, amazing desserts to round off your meal and tasty canapés to accompany your sunset drinks.
