Dalmatian produce is an inspiration to anyone who loves to cook. Lavender is a speciality crop and its well known fragrance can be used in sweet and savoury dishes, releasing herbal notes that can light up a dish.
At Sunburst we aim to use this fresh, seasonal produce as much as possible and add a twist by creating dishes with an Asian element, or by adding a classic sauce.
